Weekend Client & Web Adventures @ Local Reston Starbucks

So Deanna and I had a client meeting today, a Saturday. Lucky for us the client is a super good guy, John Nixon of ClearedJobs.Net. Working with John is always an adventure. Despite the serious nature of the *huge* web development project that lies ahead, working with John means you must always have time for a humor break.

Amidst the heavy duty subjects of large-scale database (re)development, project time lines and scheduling challenges, laughter was a definite requirement. I mean, c’mon … it’s the weekend, it was a *beautiful* day outside today … the client was happy … we were happy … birds were chirping If you can’t have fun while you work and enjoy those you work with, why bother?
