Doctor client sees social media progress and patient reviews unfolding on Yelp

Dr. William Booker and his various Capitol Rehab practices have been clients for several years. Today, Dr. Booker sent an email expressing some excited about connecting with his patients over social media. “We received a GREAT Yelp review the other day!,” the doctor wrote. “I particularly like the part about me being ‘chatty’ (in the review).”

To that the doc added, “Mayra, I think the Yelp poster in the office is working.”

The Yelp poster shown above is one of three posters the doctor had us design for his Arlington-based practice in an effort to help patients become more aware of his social media activities online.
